Publishing ethics

 

The Legal Issues Journal publishes in accordance with Elsevier Publishing Ethics and UKLSA’s Publishing Ethics which are in line with Elsevier’s Publishing Ethics – which apply to authors, peer reviewers, the editorial office and the journal as a whole.

Anyone who believes that these guidelines have not been followed should raise their concern with the editor or email secretary@uklsa.co.uk.

Ethical Requirements for Authors

For a paper to be published by LIJ, compliance with Ethical Requirements is required. Ethical requirements for Authors can be found here.

 

Malpractice

 

All malpractice issues will be dealt with in accordance with COPE guidelines. To report malpractice, please email to the President of the UKLSA at president@uklsa.co.uk or to the Chief Editor at editor@uklsa.co.uk.
